Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Since each piece is carefully sourced to ensure quality, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery within the UK and Europe, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping costs:
Free shipping on all orders over £50. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below that amount, calculated at checkout.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, simply contact us at norvenwear@hotmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.
